This notice explains how your personal data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) when you use Planier.
The data controller is the operator of the Planier application. For any request or question, contact us at support@planier.app.
Name, e-mail address, account and profile details; lesson, package, sale and attendance records within the instructor-member relationship; contact details you submit when joining the waitlist; and your push notification subscription if you grant permission.
Your data is processed to provide the service (membership, lesson and package tracking), verify your account, deliver lesson reminders and notifications, and meet legal obligations, based on the performance of a contract and legitimate interest under Article 5 of the KVKK.
Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider Supabase and on the servers hosting the application, and is shared with these providers only to the extent required to run the service. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
The application only uses essential authentication cookies to manage your session securely; no advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.
To have your account or personal data deleted, simply write to us via the link below; your request will be resolved within the period set by the KVKK.
